How you will make an impact:

SilverCreek is seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Associate to shape our advertising strategy and execute impactful campaigns. You'll leverage your abilities to promote our community and programs, utilizing effective discovery, presentation, and closing techniques. Collaborating with our team, you'll ensure seamless resident move-ins and contribute to meeting budget goals through effective communication. Your unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to SilverCrest standards will be paramount.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Have your weekends free!

Participation is required in community management team "Manager on Duty" rotation - Saturdays. Approximately every 8-10 weeks.

What you will need:

• At least two years of Sales experience in Senior Living, specifically, in either an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care.
• At least two years of direct, in-person Sales experience including conducting tours in either an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care.
• Some college is required, however, graduation is preferred.
